My heart rate definitely spiked trading NQ. I dont think I can do this long term.

The lesson we learned today was that you can make points on a bad tape if you are patient and do not take trades outside of our pivot points.


As promised yesterday, I have been running simulations for NQ, CL and GC based on the chat replies. As is the case with these sims, they will get better with time and would be coarse estimates initially. I mostly trade ES and can guide intraday about the levels.
