We had a rather eventful trading today and Nasdaq ended up down 200bps and S&P shed 150bps on the day.

Sidenote: I’m on a break from X (nothing to do with Elon or anything, I just felt I needed a break from the constant dopaminergic spikes that X provided).
I have decided to experiment with not using social media during the workday after watching this episode.
I would say the results have been great so far and I would like to continue this experiment for a while. I do feel a bit sad that my banger posts would now be shouted in the void instead of them getting a few likes.
Another thing that I wanted to share was that the Zcash position that we closed is now below the price where we closed it and is ripe for a re-entry soon.
